AGE: The client is 16 and above or have a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.

references: clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before and during the process of the work.

PAYMENT: Paypal only. payment after sketch, can be 50% after sketch and 50% on delivery or 100% of the value from the beginning.

REFUND: A refund can only be requested if the artwork has not started, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund!

PRIORITY OR URGENCY: A fee of 50% of the base price will be charged in case of urgent work. (15 days work and passes in front of others)

About delays: Delays of 2 months or more receive a gift or compensation...

CHANGE FEE: In case of requests for changes to the work, after the sketch is approved. additional fees. - 5$ for changes

PRIVACY: Before the process begins, there will be a table to fill out whether you want your art to be private or not. There may be additional fees; 20% of the base value.

WAITING TIME: The customer must be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

DELIVERY- DIGITAL PRODUCT: The commission will be delivered digitally, png.

COMERCIAL USE: 2x the base value, Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise and any monetized work.

CREDITS: Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's and must credit me on social platforms using my username even with or without commercial licensing.

copyright: I retain original copyright and ownership of the work given, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.

NFTs and IA: Any work done or made available to the client will not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and NFTs.
